Manufacturing plants are complex, fast-moving environments where fall protection has to be as dynamic as the work itself. Elevated process equipment, mezzanines, conveyors, overhead maintenance and roof access all carry exposures, and every one of them shifts as lines are re-tooled. Tritech starts with a fall hazard assessment of the plant, then designs, installs and certifies the systems that fit: mezzanine and pallet gates where product moves between levels, overhead rigid rail and horizontal lifelines over lines and vehicles, and access platforms and crossovers for equipment that has to be reached every shift. Once installed, annual inspection and recertification keeps the system in service.

Food & Beverage Manufacturing

Safe work at height that stands up to washdown and high-volume production.

In food and beverage plants, fall protection has to meet sanitation standards and keep pace with production: stainless horizontal lifelines that withstand frequent washdowns, slip-resistant platforms for wet floors, and anchors engineered around fermenters, tanks, catwalks and bottling lines. Distilleries and breweries add moisture, cleaning protocols and tight processing areas to the mix. Tritech engineers systems that blend safety with sanitation so workers stay secure and the line keeps moving.

Plant Floor, Mezzanines and Process Equipment

The everyday exposures: product moving between levels, equipment that has to be reached from above.

Mezzanine edges where pallets are staged, conveyors and process lines that need clearing or maintenance from above, and the tops of machines, ovens and vessels are the exposures that come up on every plant walk. Self-closing gates keep the mezzanine edge closed while product moves through it; overhead rigid rail or a horizontal lifeline lets a technician tie off and move the length of a line; static platforms and crossovers turn a climb into a walk. Each is sized to the plant and certified in place.
