Terms of Service
Last updated October 23, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to the communications you agree to receive from Tritech Fall Protection (“Tritech”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our fall protection systems and services and to contact us. You agree not to:
- submit information that is false, or that belongs to someone else without their permission;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or its data, or interfere with how it works;
- use automated tools to copy or collect content or contact details from the website;
- use the website for any unlawful purpose.
3. Information on this website
The articles, guides, product pages and downloads on this website are general information. They are not an engineering assessment, legal advice or a statement that a particular site is compliant. Every site is different: the right fall protection system depends on the structure, the work being done and the regulations that apply, and should be confirmed by a qualified person who has seen the site.
We work to keep the information accurate and current, but standards, regulations and products change, and we do not guarantee that everything on the website is complete or up to date.
4. Quotes, assessments and installed work
Submitting a form or calling us does not create a contract. Any site assessment, design, engineering, supply, installation, inspection or recertification we carry out is governed by the written proposal, quotation or agreement for that work, which takes precedence over anything on this website.
5. Our content and downloads
The text, photos, drawings, videos, documents and logos on this website belong to Tritech or are used with permission. You may view and download them for your own use in evaluating or maintaining fall protection at your sites. You may not resell, republish or modify them, or present them as your own, without our written permission.
6. Forms and your information
When you submit a form, we use what you give us to respond to your request, to route it to the right territory manager and, if you opt in, to send you occasional updates. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use and protect it.
Email updates are optional. Each one includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can ask us to stop at any time using the contact details below.
7. SMS Terms (text messages)
These SMS Terms apply when you agree to receive text messages from Tritech Fall Protection, for example by checking the opt-in box on one of our forms.
- What we send
- Text messages about your inquiry, including follow-up after a missed call, scheduling a site visit or call, and updates on your request. We do not sell or rent your number.
- How often
- Message frequency varies with your inquiry.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- To stop
- Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further text messages unless you opt in again.
- For help
- Reply HELP to any message, or call us at 1-877-287-0808.
- Consent
- Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can use our forms and work with us without opting in.
- Carriers
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile information
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
8. Links to other websites
This website may link to websites we do not control, such as manufacturers, standards bodies and regulators. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the website or its content, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or changes the terms of a written agreement for work we carry out.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them will be heard by the courts of Alberta, sitting in Calgary.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
